Yesterday July 1, 2010, in his long-winded babble about immigration and Arizona's "ill advised" 1070 bill, one of his fanciful falsehoods was "The border is safer than it's been in years!"
Today, July 2, 2010, 12 miles South of Arizona in a gun battle between the drug cartels & human smugglers, 21 people were killed in the shoot-out!
(He didn't say that PEOPLE are safer, he said that THE BORDER is safer which is another lie since he just turned over about 80 miles of it to the criminal element because, "It's just too difficult...")
