We don't need no stinkin' dispersant!

I don't know if this "really" works but it's so simple yet efficient that gov't & EPA bureaucrats  will never consider it. 
Instead they'll have 2 1/2 years of studying to make sure that the Spotted Eel isn't inconvenienced!

 I have to think that country folks will inherit the earth!
